Marijuana is a very controversial issue with a lot of information being
spread around, both for and against it. The subject of marijuana affects
everyone whether they know it or not due to the millions of tax dollars
that have been fruitlessly spent on the drug war and marijuana
prohibition, with almost no conclusive impact on cannabis culture. The
truth about marijuana needs to be brought to light so that people can
decide, with an educated opinion, whether or not the positive effects of
marijuana out weigh the negative. Between the anti-drug activists, who
would say anything to make marijuana seem like an evil life taking tool,
and the pro-drug activists, who seem to think that it is a plant that
was sent down from the heavens to save mankind, the actual facts and
data can get quite distorted and warped. Therefore in the end it’s hard
to separate the fact from the fiction. More and more, you see new
stories about marijuana legalization with activists from both sides
arguing their case. The battle has really been coming to a head in the
last few years and I believe that the decision of marijuana legalization
will be made in my lifetime; so it is a very relevant topic to me, and
to my generation as well. The truth needs to be heard. I have gathered
and examined multiple reliable sources and studies, as well as pulled
from my own personal experience with the drug to put together the true
picture of marijuana.
Marijuana Can Treat Some Cold and Wet Conditions
Today’s marijuana has a warm to hot and dry nature. That means we
could potentially use it for treating some cold and wet conditions.
- A possible short-term therapy for treating certain types of
respiratory allergies where the patient gets tons of drippy, cold mucous
running out of her/his nose?
- For digestive issues, particularly ones where there’s a slow or non-existent appetite?
- For sexual inhibitions where a person has become cold and withdrawn sexually, or feels cut off from the world around her/him?
- A possible stimulant to creativity and communication?
- To help a person have a mental or emotional breakthrough if s/he is stuck in some way?
- To help with certain kinds of hernias and hemorrhoids if they’re related to cold and wet conditions?
It’s Better With Balance
Let’s remember that the primary instant side effect of marijuana
is that it leaves a person stoned for several hours after s/he takes it,
and that this is a strong incentive behind its popularity.
There are hundreds of alternatives to cannabis that don’t
create a semi-psychedelic experience and are superior to using cannabis
in every way. I would advocate using any of the alternatives first and
foremost every time.
Not everybody has the range of treatment options that acupuncturists do.
Acupuncturists wouldn’t use an herb in isolation, especially an
herb as volatile and toxic as marijuana. If a patient was already using
cannabis for some reason, we would combine it with other herbs to
enhance its positive qualities and diminish the negative ones.
Taoist medical practitioners knew about the qualities of
marijuana, but they only used the seeds for medicine. They had their
reasons for their preference not to use marijuana on a clinical basis.}

Game Dark Souls
Dark Souls is an action role-playing video game set in an open world environment. It was developed and published for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 by From Software in Japan and by Namco Bandai Games internationally. A spiritual successor to From Software's Demon's Souls, Dark Souls began development under the working title Project Dark. The game was released in 2011, in Japan on September 22, in North America on October 4, in Australia on October 6, and in Europe on October 7. On August 24, 2012, the "Prepare to Die" edition of Dark Souls was released for PC.
Dark Souls is a third-person action RPG. The core mechanic of the game is that it uses death to teach players how to react in hostile environments. Dark Souls takes place in a large and continuous open world environment. Players are able to travel to and from areas and explore various paths, although certain prerequisites have to be met in order to unlock certain areas. Scattered throughout the game world are bosses and creatures of varying types that must be defeated. With each enemy killed, the player will receive a relative amount of "souls" which act as both currency and experience points.
Central to Dark Souls are bonfires. Bonfires are scattered throughout the world and function as resting hubs and save points for the player. While resting, players can level up and repair their equipment, among other things. Resting at a bonfire is restorative and all but necessary for progression in the game. However, resting at a bonfire causes all of the previously defeated enemies of an area to come back to life, save for bosses and mini-bosses.
Another important aspect of Dark Souls is the “humanity” system. There are two states of being in the game. While in “human” form, the character will appear human with healthy skin. Being human opens the online portion of the game, allowing for the summoning of allies and the invasion of other players, while also benefiting players with minor increases to their character’s statistics. However, every time a player dies in human form, they will enter “hollow” form, where they appear undead. In order to retain their status as human, players must consume a “humanity” and visit a bonfire. Humanities can be acquired for defeating certain enemies or by obtaining treasures, and can also be found by slaying random monsters in an area where the boss is still alive.
If no humanity is available, players are still able to progress in hollow form. Death in either form results in the loss of all carried souls and humanity. Players will subsequently spawn at their most recent bonfire with one chance at visiting the location of their death and recovering all lost souls and humanities. If the player dies before this is accomplished, the souls and humanities are permanently lost.
Then if you love defiant ecenarios and a hardcore game this one should be your decision but dont fell bad if you die thousand of times, that is what we espect from this game so enjoy it an be prepared to die.

Global warming is primarily a problem of too much carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere—which acts as a blanket, trapping heat and warming the planet. As we burn fossil fuels like coal, oil and natural gas for energy or cut down and burn forests to create pastures and plantations, carbon accumulates and overloads our atmosphere. Certain waste management and agricultural practices aggravate the problem by releasing other potent global warming gases, such as methane and nitrous oxide. What Causes Global Warming?Scientists have spent decades figuring out what is causing global warming. They've looked at the natural cycles and events that are known to influence climate. But the amount and pattern of warming that's been measured can't be explained by these factors alone. The only way to explain the pattern is to include the effect of greenhouse gases (GHGs) emitted by humans.
To bring all this information together, the United Nations formed a group of scientists called the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, or IPCC. The IPCC meets every few years to review the latest scientific findings and write a report summarizing all that is known about global warming. Each report represents a consensus, or agreement, among hundreds of leading scientists.
One of the first things scientists learned is that there are several greenhouse gases responsible for warming, and humans emit them in a variety of ways. Most come from the combustion of fossil fuels in cars, factories and electricity production. The gas responsible for the most warming is carbon dioxide, also called CO2. Other contributors include methane released from landfills and agriculture (especially from the digestive systems of grazing animals), nitrous oxide from fertilizers, gases used for refrigeration and industrial processes, and the loss of forests that would otherwise store CO2.

Biography of Edgar Allan Poe
Edgar Allen Poe was an American author, poet, editor and literary critic, considered part of the American Romantic Movement. Best known for his tales of mystery and the macabre, Poe was one of the earliest American practitioners of the short story and is considered the inventor of the detective fiction genre. He is further credited with contributing to the emerging genre of science fiction. He was the first well-known American writer to try to earn a living through writing alone, resulting in a financially difficult life and career.
On January 19, 1809, Edgar Allan Poe was born in Boston, Massachusetts. Poe’s father and mother, both professional actors, died before the poet was three years old, and John and Frances Allan raised him as a foster child in Richmond, Virginia. John Allan, a prosperous tobacco exporter, sent Poe to the best boarding schools and later to the University of Virginia, where Poe excelled academically. After less than one year of school, however, he was forced to leave the University when Allan refused to pay Poe’s gambling debts.
Poe returned briefly to Richmond, but his relationship with Allan deteriorated. In 1827, he moved to Boston and enlisted in the United States Army. His first collection of poems, Tamerlane, and Other Poems, was published that year. In 1829, he published a second collection entitled Al Aaraaf, Tamerlane, and Minor Poems. Neither volume received significant critical or public attention. Following his Army service, Poe was admitted to the United States Military Academy, but he was again forced to leave for lack of financial support. He then moved into the home of his aunt Maria Clemm and her daughter Virginia in Baltimore, Maryland.
Poe began to sell short stories to magazines at around this time, and, in 1835, he became the editor of the Southern Literary Messenger in Richmond, where he moved with his aunt and cousin Virginia. In 1836, he married Virginia, who was fourteen years old at the time. Over the next ten years, Poe would edit a number of literary journals including the Burton’s Gentleman’s Magazine and Graham’s Magazine in Philadelphia and the Broadway Journal in New York City. It was during these years that he established himself as a poet, a short story writer, and an editor. He published some of his best-known stories and poems including “The Fall of the House of Usher," “The Tell-Tale Heart," “The Murders in the Rue Morgue," and “The Raven.” After Virginia’s death from tuberculosis in 1847, Poe’s life-long struggle with depression and alcoholism worsened. He returned briefly to Richmond in 1849 and then set out for an editing job in Philadelphia. For unknown reasons, he stopped in Baltimore. On October 3, 1849, he was found in a state of semi-consciousness. Poe died four days later of “acute congestion of the brain.” Evidence by medical practitioners who re-opened the case has shown that Poe may have been suffering from rabies.
Poe’s work as an editor, a poet, and a critic had a profound impact on American and international literature. His stories mark him as one of the originators of both horror and detective fiction. Many anthologies credit him as the “architect” of the modern short story. He was also one of the first critics to focus primarily on the effect of style and structure in a literary work; as such, he has been seen as a forerunner to the “art for art’s sake” movement. French Symbolists such as Mallarmé and Rimbaud claimed him as a literary precursor. Baudelaire spent nearly fourteen years translating Poe into French. Today, Poe is remembered as one of the first American writers to become a major figure in world literature.
